Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team at PEEPCROWD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This is a full-time junior position with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting and sales operations. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and objectives
- Create engaging job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications on selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company's database
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
