Job Role: UCP - Analyst - OTC


Job LocationBangalore


Primary Purpose: This role is to work with Koch companies on Unclaimed Property and perform monthly due diligence reporting.


Mandatory Skills: UCP ,Accounts Receivable ,O2c


Duties & Responsibilities:

· Work to export all unapplied payments and open credit balances past a certain date range and communicate with customers by sending email communications.

· Review write-offs within a certain data range to identify customers in a net credit balance position; send email communications as needed.

· Organizational skills to maintain accurate tracking of responses understanding when next steps should be taken.

· Efficient communication and collaboration with Koch teams and suppliers to gather relevant information for resolving aged credit balances.

· Understand key processes/systems in Accounts Receivable to provide support across Koch companies.

· Proactively work to identify value-added opportunities that drive process improvement, ensure compliance, reduce costs and drive economic value.

·        Ensure best practices are documented and updated as needed via desktop procedures. Maintain records for audit purposes as indicated by leadership.

Work Experience:  

·  Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or related Business field of study

· Expertise in MS Office Suite specifically Excel & Outlook

· Experience in working on Generic Mailbox

· Experience in working with ticket workflow platform

· Effective communication – both written and spoken.

· Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally  

· Ability to express ideas, opinion, and analysis in a clear, coherent, and logical manner.  

· Understand and deliver on the agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.

· Should possess good interpersonal and excellent time management skills  

What Will Put You Ahead:

· Experience in multiple ERP systems (SAP, Infor, etc.)

· Experience with data analysis/visualization tools beyond Microsoft Excel (i.e. Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau)
