Job Title: TGT Mathematics Teacher

Location: Gurgaon & Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Teaching:

• Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students in accordance with the school's curriculum.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

1. Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with the mathematics department to develop and enhance the curriculum.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience.

1. Assessment and Evaluation:

• Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.

1. Classroom Management:

• Establish and maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.

1. Parental Engagement:

• Regularly communicate with parents regarding students' progress and achievements.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events.

1. Professional Development:

• Stay updated on the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and technology.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field; Master's degree in Education is a plus.
2. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
3. Proven experience as a Mathematics teacher, preferably in a TGT role.
4. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and styles.
7. Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching.
