Job Description:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, approach potential clients, and build long-term relationships to understand their recruitment needs and business goals.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases to source candidates and create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to generate leads and identify key business opportunities for expanding recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and align with business development goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all recruiting activities and business development efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or business development, preferably in the Indian market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with job portals, recruitment databases, and lead generation tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
