*Main Purpose:**

As a Counsellor ,your primary objective is to drive sales for our training programs by effectively communicating the value proposition to potential candidates.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conducting sales activities for the training program.
2. Achieving monthly sales targets ranging from 15k to 25k.
3. Embracing a hybrid work model based in Vile Parle.
4. Handling inquiries and providing information about the training programs.
5. Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.
6. Implementing incentive-driven strategies to enhance performance.

**Outcomes of Position:**

Successful candidates will contribute to the growth of our training programs, meet or exceed sales targets, and build strong connections with potential participants.

**Competencies:**

1. Fluent in English.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
3. Previous experience in the service industry or telecalling.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Confidence and accuracy in interactions.
6. Ability to connect with people effectively.
