Job Title: E commerce Manager

Location: Kalher (Thane Bhiwandi Road)

Main Purpose of the Role: The Ecommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Ecommerce operations, with a specific focus on selling products on platforms like Amazon. The incumbent will be responsible for stock forecasting, product listings, team management, and strategic business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute plans to enhance brand visibility, improve reviews, and boost ratings.
2. Product Development Oversight: Manage the creation and improvement of product listings, focusing on product defect improvements and adherence to marketplace policies.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to reduce returns, enhance customer experience, and increase sales numbers.
4. Stock Forecasting and Shipping Plans: Coordinate with overseas suppliers for timely stock replenishment and efficient shipping processes.
5. Strategic Planning: Control costs, meet sales targets, and ensure budget adherence.
6. Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce returns by coordinating with customer care and production.
7. Quality Control: Gather data to identify potential improvements and defects in products, coordinating with suppliers for quality enhancement.
8. Process Optimization: Create and execute SOPs for major processes, ensuring effective implementation.
9. Market Expansion Initiatives: Develop strategies to expand market presence, both online and offline, including geographical expansion and new product/category ranges.
10. Leadership Skill Development and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 6 members, promoting accountability and excellence.

Competencies:

• 3-4 years of experience in the Ecommerce industry - Mandatory.
• Proficiency in using software like OMS Guru, Evanik, Unicommerce.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with AI and ChatGPT.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Coreldraw.
• Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
• Logical thinking, quick decision-making, and action-taking abilities.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: 25k to 35k Max
