ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate Lead on IT Infrastructure (Hardware, Server, Storage, Network, IT Security, IT FMS, IT Service Management, etc..)

• Coaching &Mentoring Co-ordinators.

• Forecasting and Identifying potential customers/clients. • Develop Client relationships and internal relationships globally

• Performing risk analysis.

• Preparing and presenting sales growth reports. • Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflicts and participate in important negotiations with key customers. • Over achieve sales target. • Work with cross functional teams to deliver business value to clients. • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around services. • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
