Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients, introducing Paytel's services and generating leads.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM to ensure accurate data management and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
- Provide prospective clients with detailed product and service information, addressing queries and objections.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management to contribute to the company's revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management, detailing progress and areas for development.
