Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to drive sales of our cutting-edge software solutions within the healthcare and education sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in healthcare (hospitals, clinics) and education (schools, universities).
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including administrators, IT directors, and procurement teams.

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

Market & Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in healthcare and education.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to improve software solutions based on client needs.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of software sales experience, preferably in healthcare or education.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare and education sector challenges and procurement processes.
