Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Paytel. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our cloud hosting services, server solutions, and Tally on Cloud solutions to prospective clients. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

1 Identify and target potential clients for hosting, cloud services, and Tally on Cloud solutions.

2 Research prospective clients and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

3 Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

4 Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

5 Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions to promote hosting services, cloud servers, and Tally on Cloud solutions.

6 Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

7 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely processing of customer requests and contracts.

8 Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.

9 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

10 Upsell or cross-sell additional services, where appropriate, to maximize revenue opportunities.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

1 Proven experience in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably in the IT, cloud hosting, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industries.

2 Knowledge of cloud hosting services, cloud server solutions, or Tally on Cloud is a plus.

3 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

4 Ability to understand technical products and services and explain their benefits to non-technical clients.

5 Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6 Strong organizational and time management skills.

7 A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
