Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Specialist at a junior level for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have a full-time commitment and possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves contributing significantly to our lead generation and sales processes within the IT domain.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation and developing new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in cloud sales and the ability to drive sales growth in cloud services (Mandatory skill).
  • Prior involvement in IT sales with a clear understanding of the IT industry's business dynamics (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM software for effective management and analysis of customer interactions.
  • Strong skills in market research with the capacity to identify and evaluate potential markets for business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation skills that facilitate successful closure of deals and partnerships.
  • Ability to establish and maintain business networks to support growth strategies and business relationships.
  • Experience in software sales with knowledge of presenting and selling software solutions effectively.
