JOB TITTLE-Computer Numerical Control Machine Operator(Forming or Turning)

Role and Responsibility of Operator:-

1. Collect the drawing, blue print and engineering plan 

2. Set – up Machines as per set up plan

3. Programming

4. Ensure load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position

5. Verifies setting by measuring position, first run after and sample work piece

6. Daily plan sheet to be updated

7. Fill up route card

8. Produce necessary quantity as per production sheet

9. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

10. Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions

11. Documents actions by completing production and quality logs

12. Push the products to further process as per route card
