We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers. Roles and Responsibilities
- The role of CSS will be to work alongside our US clients and provide virtual assistance to their customers via calls, chats and e-mails. Additionally, they need to replicate the clients’ business-like payroll handling, back- office work, e-commerce, sales, content writing, etc.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Resolve complaints and questions by identifying problems and taking appropriate action.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues and delivering solutions within specified timelines.
