+ Qualifications Education:

-Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

-Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition

-Skills & Capabilities:-

-Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations

-Proficiency in HR tools, MS Office

-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

-Familiarity with research methodologies

-Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, employee training & development
