Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented specialist to join our team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will work with innovative ventures and play a vital role in our advisory team and be responsible for analysing financial data, create financial models, and provide insights that would be utilized in our case frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in financial concepts, quantitative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling & Analysis: Develop and maintain intuitive financial models to support business projections and strategic decision-making. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including revenue forecasts, runway analysis and valuation notes

Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal teams and clients

Proficient in forming questions for RFIs: Skilled in identifying critical financial data requirements and crafting precise & insightful questions to gather essential information from clients through Requests for Information (RFIs)

Process Documentation: Develop and record systematic methodologies for analysing business cases to ensure consistency across projects

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration Finance, or a related field like CFA Level 2 or above

Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a finance analyst role within a start-up or management consulting firm

Skills & Capabilities:

-Understanding of business and innovation concepts

-Good knowledge of representing qualitative and quantitative info sets

-Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Office, SQL, Tableau).

-Excellent in building financial models, preparing growth charts and writing valuation notes
