JD-

1. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.

2.Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.

3.Supervise and motivate store staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of customer service and sales effectiveness.

4.Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.

5.Implement promotional activities, events, and sales initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
