Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Hacking: Implement growth hacking techniques to rapidly grow our digital presence and user base, leveraging creative and unconventional strategies.
  • Building Brand Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
  • Community Building: Foster a strong community around our brand through engagement, advocacy programs, and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Social Media Hacks: Implement innovative tactics and hacks to increase engagement, virality, and visibility on social media platforms.
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Conduct testing and experimentation across social media channels to optimize content performance and conversion rates.
  • Influencer and Partner Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.
  • Emerging Platforms: Stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities on emerging social media platforms to reach younger demographics and early adopters.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience for an ad agency/fast paced work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong track record of driving organic traffic and expanding organic reach.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate strategic plans into actionable social media initiatives that drive results.
  • Innovative Mindset: Constantly seek out new ideas and trends in digital marketing and social media to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Community Management Skills: Proven experience in community management, with the ability to nurture and engage with diverse online communities effectively.
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing both quantitative (metrics, analytics) and qualitative (sentiment analysis, user feedback) data to derive actionable insights.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
