Urgently Hiring for Project Architect for a INTERIOR DESIGNING COMPANY

Salary - 40 to 62k only

Experience - 4 to 6 yrs

Location Naraina Vihar New Delhi,

Working Days - 6 Days

Working Timing - 10 to 7 pm

Job Summary: We are looking for architects with minimum 5-7 years’ experience.

The candidate should be capable of independently handled the project.

They will manage projects independently, supervise design tasks, and oversee the preparation of drawings.

The role requires expertise in residential architecture, including plotted developments, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

 Independently manage projects from design to working drawing to execution coordination

 Specialize in residential architecture, particularly in plotted developments.

 Must have worked in an office specializing in residential interior or residential architecture (excluding housing).

 Handle two to three projects simultaneously.

 Supervise and mentor two subordinates.

 Possess thorough knowledge of architectural planning and working drawings.

 Supervise and guide team members in design tasks.

 Assist in material and product research and coordination for project specifications.

 Create and manage timesheets, ensuring accurate tracking of project progress and team productivity.

 Ensure that all design work adheres to industry standards and client requirements.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

 Extensive experience in residential architecture, particularly in designing and managing the construction of plotted developments independently.

 Strong communication and leadership skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage subordinates effectively.

 Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills

 Proficient in AutoCAD and 2d & 3d
