Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify areas for improvement in our client service operations and develop and implement strategies to address them.
• Work with other departments to ensure that clients' needs are being met and that their feedback is being addressed.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement programs to improve satisfaction where necessary.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on client service operations to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in client service management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in client service operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
