We are looking for a motivated and talented Growth Marketing Manager responsible for driving the growth initiatives at Passionbits. An ideal person well suited for this role will be someone who can think about problems in-depth; is analytical & has proven experience with couple channels; understands the B2B journey & can build narratives/funnels; and in general, focused on getting things done.

Responsibilities:

1. Serving as a subject matter expert by building a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and the drivers, and assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications (case studies, webinars, etc.).
2. Identifying and building relations with influencers from the ecosystem; with an objective to convert them to evangelists.
3. Planning & executing recurring online events while partnering with speakers.
4. Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns ( Optional).
5. Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company ( Optional).
