Roles & Responsibilities:

1 - To write and execute test plans & test cases

2 - Conduct detailed analysis to identify issues and areas for improvement in product.

3 - Analyze the client issues and find the root cause and suggest the solution.

4 - Re-testing the software after bugs have been fixed to ensure no new issues have arisen.

5 - Checking for incorrect language usage and incorrect formatting.

6 - Create and maintain QA policies and procedures

7 - Ensuring that the product meets regulatory and compliance standards.

8 - Make sure products meet customer expectations

9 - Knowledge of e-commerce and accounting will be an advantage.
