Role:

Senior Manager – Liasoning ( MHADA)

Experience – 10 to 15 years

Salary Range – 18L – 20L

Job Type – Full Time

Only Real Estate Experience is required

Job Description

1.    Study design briefs and determine requirements

2.    Co-Ordination with ground handling people and legal for day to day basis

3.    Get legal documentation from Societies and Outer Consultants

4.    MHADA Co-ordination with legal

5.    Co-ordination with Municipal Architect/Team /Legal/Society/In house developer in all site related approvals

6.    Knowledge of 33(5) basic

7.    Co-ordination with Municipal Architect for concession /IOA/ CFO drawing

8.    Knowledge of all CC/IOA related compliance

9.    Day to Day Co-ordination with MHADA Officers

10. Groundwork Remarks/NOC’s/IOA conditions/CC/OC related work at MHADA

11. Co-ordination with MEP Consultant/Traffic Consultant/MOEF Consultant

Qualifications and skills

1.    Proven experience into Liasoning

2.    Need to have strong experience into 33(5) basic MHADA

3.    Graduate / Post Graduate in proven experience
