Job Description:

Overview: As a Guest Relationship Executive in the real estate sector, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their property transactions. You will serve as a liaison between clients and our real estate agents, facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships to foster client loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, both in-person and over the phone or email. Greet clients warmly and assist them with inquiries, appointments, and property viewings. Provide information about available properties, market trends, and financing options. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Listen actively to client requirements and preferences to match them with suitable properties. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have
