Seeking an experienced Engineering, Procurement, And Construction (EPC) Executive for a Full-Time role in Mumbai Suburban. Join a top Real Estate developer, Paradigm Realty, known for luxury homes and timely delivery. Company size: 201-500 employees.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction field
• Expertise in Construction Management, Contract Management, and procurement strategies
• Proficient in Drawing, Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), and purchase order management
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems and site finishing processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities for real estate projects
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution
• Oversee construction quality, cost control, and adherence to project timelines
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials and services
• Ensure compliance with building management systems and industry regulations
