AGM – Sourcing (Real Estate)
Level – Mid Level Management
Experience – 7- 8 years
Salary Range – 12L – 15L
Job Type – Full Time

Job Description
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Passionate about Real Estate
- Have already handled an experienced team of sourcing or closing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and being part of a team
· * Experience in residential real estate
- Ability to manage the liaison with various departments to provide the Client with all the details required.
- Delegating tasks to team members and Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skill
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and developments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Oversee and administer daily/weekly/monthly report generation, Work progress report, shortcomings, and providing ideas and solutions to management.
Qualifications and skills
1. Graduate in any stream
2. The candidate should have strong analytical and project management skills, confident and dynamic personality.
3. Should have a strong creative outlook
4. Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Client Relationship, and Management skills
5. Expertise in sales and marketing, the experience of selling Luxury Apartments (High ticket selling).
6. Highly skilled, motivated, and targeted-oriented.
7. Must be a self-motivator and self-starter
8. Excellent time management skills
9. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target
10. Candidate should have a good idea of the city's geography and be ready to travel
