Job Overview
Paradigm Realty is seeking a Junior Accounts Executive for its Mumbai office. This full-time role involves managing financial transactions, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in handling accounts payable and receivables. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the real estate sector, contributing to the financial well-being of the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis to interpret financial data effectively and provide insights for decision-making. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in managing accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate ledger entries. (Mandatory skill)
- Skilled in voucher entries for maintaining organized and comprehensive financial records. (Mandatory skill)
- Understanding of predictive modeling to anticipate financial trends and make informed predictions.
- Experience working with big data to analyze large datasets and extract relevant financial patterns.
- Proficient in SQL for querying databases and generating financial reports as needed.
- Knowledge of receivable management for effective tracking and management of incoming payments.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

Job Description
Accounts Related:
1. Purchase /non store/ contractors invoice Verification, booking & approval
2. Invoice checking with all necessary document
3. Vendor/Customer ledger Reconciliation
4. Intercompany Reconciliation
5. Booking of Debit note/ Credit note and working of it with vendors
6. Generate of E-Invoice for Credit note/ debit note
7. All sites preparing vendors liabilities & sending it to respective staffs/sites as per mail
8. Generate Approval pending Report and follow up for invoices with procurement team
9. Generate Debit balance of report and escalate to respective team and follow up with team for invoices
10. Debit balance on a/c adjustment
11. Fulfilling of document requirements by Auditors and there queries passing necessary entries in system
12. Bank Reconciliation & passing the payment/Bank entries.
13. Preparing the sales Invoice & passing the necessary entries.
14. Verification & passing of all kinds of Expense entries.
15. Verification & passing of all JV
Qualifications and skills
1. Qualified Bcom/Mcom- with 02 - 05yrs of total work experience in Construction/ Contracting industry
2. Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill and must be ready to initiate everything through scratch.
