Job Description: Sales Executive -Aftermarket Division 


Position Summary:

Paracoat, a premier Tier 1 auto components manufacturer in India, is expanding its team and looking for dedicated Sales Executives for our aftermarket division. The role is centered around the promotion and distribution of our Sound Damping Materials and Car Mats (Paramat) across individual states in India.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Distribution Support and Engagement:

  - Foster and enhance relationships with local distributors.

  - Assist in managing distribution channels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.


2. Sales and Promotion:

  - Actively market and sell Paramat products to auto stores within the designated state.

  - Implement targeted sales strategies to boost product visibility and drive sales.


3. Market Insights and Analysis:

  - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand competitor strategies.

  - Regularly prepare and submit sales and market analysis reports.


4. Promotional Activities Coordination:

  - Organize and manage promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand recognition.

  - Collaborate with the marketing team for the creation of effective promotional materials.


5. Travel and Field Work:

  - Frequent travel within the assigned state for market development and sales purposes.

  - Own a two-wheeler for effective mobility.


6. Customer Relationship Management:

  - Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  - Promptly address and resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Prior sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in the local language of the assigned state, along with fluency in English or Hindi.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

- Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
