ROLE: In-Bound & Out Bound Tele-Calling Support Team

Job Description - RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling Sales Queries over the phone entirely. You

are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the

company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and

maintain healthy relations with them.

· Answering calls and resolving queries about product, online store service or company.

· Supporting shoppers’ queries on order placement, exchange requests, delivery status etc.

· Create, Maintain and Analyse query reports on an everyday basis.

· Noticing significant subtleties of every discussion.

· Advises present or prospective shoppers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.

· Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.

· Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

· Reaching potential or existing shoppers to advise them about an item or administration

utilizing pre-defined scripts.

· Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.

· Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.

· Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Sheets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG -

Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post-Graduation Not Required)

Professional background:

1. Experience in tele calling, handling support queries.

2. We are keen on individuals who have a flair at resolving queries, are comfortable at

keeping up conversations and are fast at acting on closures.

3. Process driven, innovators and solution mindset.

4. Experience of working in pressure environments, good interpersonal skills and self

learners.

Personal abilities:

1. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

2. Ability to conceptualise innovative – processes & systems along with an ability to execute

innovative ideas.

3. Ability to work in teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive large, complex

projects.

4. Willingness to learn and adapt.

5. Able to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift
