Role summary
The Business Development Executive oversees both sales and operational aspects of branch business.
Responsibilities
The role responsibilities include;
1. Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Operational efficiency: Streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring smooth coordination between all relevant departments.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and collective performance.
4. Forecasting: Work on accurate sales forecasting to support inventory planning and operational decision-making
5. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and operational performance for senior management.
6. Problem Resolution: Address challenges and conflicts promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Qualification
1. Education qualification: MBA (Marketing, Sales, Finance)
2. Experience: 0-2 years (Preferably in EdTech)
3. Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
