Job Overview

PAN Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team at our headquarters in Rajkot, Gujarat. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring the candidate to ensure compliance with accounting standards, perform financial analysis, and manage both direct and indirect taxation.

Job Reasonability:

Direct Taxation :

• Manage and oversee all aspects of direct taxation, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of income tax returns.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.

• Conduct tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as necessary.

Indirect Taxation :

• Oversee compliance with all indirect taxation laws, including GST/VAT.

• Prepare and file GST/VAT returns in a timely manner.

• Monitor changes in indirect tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.

• Provide guidance and support to other departments on indirect tax matters.

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to finance and taxation.

• Review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.

Financial Management and Analysis:

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA qualification is mandatory.

• Proven experience in direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and financial management.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
