Job Overview
Panacorp Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Junior Telecaller for our Nagercoil location. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and acquiring new clients for our academic and research services.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our research and educational services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, address client questions, and provide information about our offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, communications, and transactions in our database.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving lead conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to management on customer interactions and market perceptions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in our educational services to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed monthly call targets and client acquisition goals set by management.
