Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on generating leads and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Manage customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team.
- Assist in resolving client complaints and providing solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills (Tamil preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
