Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services
- Handle inquiries and follow up with leads to achieve targets
- Maintain and update customer information in the database
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role
- Any degree qualification
