Position Overview
As a Telesales Executive, you will connect with potential clients, explain our services, and convert leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication and convincing skills, as well as a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services.
- Explain service features and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and persuasion.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Collect and document client feedback to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Any degree qualification (freshers or candidates with 1+ years of experience are welcome).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil or Malayalam is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
