Roles:

  1. Sales Representative: Act as the primary contact for potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services over the phone.
  2. Customer Advocate: Address customer needs and queries to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound and Inbound Calls:

  • Convert leads into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers.
  1. Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Track progress using tools like CRMs (Customer Relationship Management software).
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  1. Problem-Solving:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide solutions to customer issues.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Document all call details, outcomes, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports on sales, call volumes, and conversions.
  1. Adherence to Scripts and Policies:
  • Follow pre-defined call scripts while personalizing communication to customer needs.
  • Comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  1. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
  • Promote additional products or services that complement customer needs.
  1. Feedback Collection:
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve products/services.
