Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective clients and leads.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Assist in preparing reports on call activities, leads, and sales performance.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document management.
• Respond to emails and other communications in a timely manner.
• Participate in training sessions to improve telecalling techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
