Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and driving team performance. This role ensures the branch aligns with company goals, delivers exceptional customer service, and achieves profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

4. Operations and Compliance:

  • Oversee branch operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.

  • Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain operational integrity.

5. Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights to adapt strategies, identify new opportunities, and address potential challenges.
