Job Summary:

Panacorp Software Solutions is seeking an organized and proactive Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative tasks and support our team. The Admin Officer will manage office operations, maintain records, and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff.
• Maintain records, files, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
• Assist in handling client inquiries and maintain strong client relations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Support HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, and attendance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle administrative support tasks as needed for different departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
