We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Assistant with 2 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. The QC Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality control processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
• Document and report inspection findings, test results, and any deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure that all quality control activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Support the Quality Control Manager in preparing quality reports and analyzing quality data.
• Assist in training new staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences) is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP) is a plus.
