Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Project Supervisor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Panache Greentech Solutions Pvt Ltd. Located in Vadodara, this full-time role involves managing projects related to our energy-efficient building solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management/Supervision and be capable of coordinating with various stakeholders, Subcontractors, Labors & to ensure project success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in project management (Mandatory skill) to efficiently oversee and execute project timelines and tasks.
• Knowledge in waterproofing techniques, contributing to the integrity and longevity of building envelopes.
• Experience in paint and coating application, adding value to our service offerings for protective building solutions.
• Experience in quality assurance ensures that project standards and specifications for coatings and sealants are consistently met.
• Strong skills in resource allocation to effectively distribute resources, optimizing project progress and completion.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills to maintain clear and effective communication among all project participants.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve challenges independently to improve project results and efficiency.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a supportive working environment focused on achieving common goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks and milestones.
• Manage project resources, allocating personnel and materials to maximize productivity and success.
• Communicate with all project stakeholders, providing updates, clarifications, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensure quality control throughout project execution, maintaining adherence to specifications and standards for all products.
• Implement the application of waterproofing, paint, and coatings as per company processes, Methodology and protocols.
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and evaluations for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are aligned and deliverables are met successfully.
