Quotations and Follow-Ups: Prepare quotations and conduct strong follow-ups with clients.

Customer Support: Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.

Data Maintenance: Regularly update customer profiles with email IDs, phone numbers, addresses, etc.

Order Coordination: Liaise between dealers, customers, executives, and the factory from order generation to delivery of goods.
