Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Production Engineering or Mechanical

·        Planning, job loading, supervision and process improvements at production shop floor.

·        Daily men management, work allocation and getting the work done from Technicians.

·        Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings & monitoring quality control Candidate

·        Ensure availability of Input Materials, Manpower

·        Understanding of new product development (NPD) projects

·        Hands on experience on Mechanical Assembly, Machine Shop, Fabrication.

·        Must know Local language, Disciplined & punctual

·        report issues to the Manager

·        develop strategies to improve efficiency and profit

·        Should Ready to work in Shifts
