Job Title: Team Leader - Recruitment

Job Purpose: The Team Leader will lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent for the organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the team’s performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters in the sourcing, recruiting and hiring of top talent for the organization.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs.
  • Manage and monitor the team’s performance, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager to develop and implement recruitment metrics and metrics-driven initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that the team is utilizing the most effective recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events and other recruiting activities to promote the organization and identify potential candidates.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
