Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on medical devices and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and safety.
- Calibration: Calibrate medical equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements and outputs.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with medical devices and equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
- Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new medical equipment, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and calibrations performed on all equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure all medical devices and equipment comply with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Training: Provide training and support to medical staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, manufacturers, and vendors to address technical issues and implement solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of medical equipment.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
