We are Hiring MBA Specialization in HR
Roles & Responsibility :-
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Interview Scheduling and Follow up
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Candidate management through software.
