• Mid-Level (4-8 years)
• Senior-Level (8-12 years)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For 4-8 Years of Experience (Mid-Level):

• Strong experience with Java (Java 8 and above).
• Experience in building and deploying Microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring MVC.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with Version Control Systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

For 8-12 Years of Experience (Senior-Level):

• Extensive experience with Java and Microservices architecture.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Cloud-native architectures.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Expertise in building API gateways, service discovery, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• In-depth knowledge of Container orchestration (Kubernetes) and container deployment.
• Experience in monitoring and logging frameworks (Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana).
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide junior developers and handle complex projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
