Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility of Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Understand & implement Contract Lifecycle Management processes
  • Executing outsourced contract management for clients
  • Review/ Vetting of legal contracts and documents viz.: License Agreements, Service Agreements, ADM Agreements, IT Agreements, EUC Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc.
  • Establish contract management processes for deals of high revenue
  • Manage the contract administration on a daily basis, drafting of contracts, contract abstraction
  • Ensure the engagement's deliverable tracking process/system complies with the contract. Identify non-compliance issues and support their resolution
  • Perform contract research and address client queries around complex IT Agreements
  • Manage and review contract changes, new work proposals and other contractual documentation
  • Provide Contract Negotiation support in the form of contract research, review and analysis
  • Support Renewal and Termination management
  • Support Issue and Dispute resolution
  • Manage legal notices, approvals, consents and other correspondences related to the contract


Required Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Law
  • At least 6-12 months experience in practicing law (preferred)
  • Min 2-5 years’ experience in corporate law for Contract Analyst
  • Exposure and experienced in handling IT contracts administration, drafting and research
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
  • High Level of expertise in Microsoft (Office, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio).
  • Excellent organization, strong written/verbal communications and writing styles with an eye for detail.
