Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills.

Integration: Integrate third-party libraries and APIs as needed for the application.

Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

Version Control: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) for source code management.

Agile Practices: Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
