We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

3. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

9. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

10.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

11.Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
