Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on selling our products or services to potential customers over the phone, email, and other communication channels. Fluency in both Kannada and English languages is required for effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new leads and opportunities.
  2. Qualify leads and assess their needs to identify sales opportunities.
  3. Provide product or service information to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates.
  7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
  8. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the relevant industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Kannada and English languages.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
